How to book your appointment

What to bring with you to your appointment

Please bring the following if you have them:

All x-rays and scans
Medicare card

List of current medications
Private health fund card

DVA or concession cards

What will happen at your appointment

Uncomplicated removal of teeth can often be arranged in the same session as your consultation appointment. For wisdom teeth and more complex treatment, a consultation is usually required where our surgeons will discuss your treatment with you prior to scheduling in a procedure.

Fees and Payments

For consultations and same-day procedures, payment on the day is required. We accept EFTPOS, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), and cash (exact amounts only). For many of our services, you may be able to claim a portion back through Medicare or your Private Health Insurance.

Parking
Free 3 hour parking is available at Westfield Hornsby, or limited street parking is also available around the building.

Building Access
Hornsby OMS is located in the secure Avanti building. For access into the building, please use the intercom next to the main entrance to dial 714. From the foyer, take the far right lift to go up to Level 7.
